It is walking distance from shops and restaurants, including one of my favorite restaurants, Founding Farmers. This townhouse is also located right across from Wegmans, which is so convenient. One of my favorite things about the location is that the highway is right across, so we can literally hop on and drive down to Philly, Manayunk or any other town. And if we ever feel like a weekend getaway, we just get on the highway and drive only an hour and a half to New York City. Aside from the great location, this townhouse offers so much more. The interior is beautifully done, the square footage is huge and there is so much storage space. I love the open floor plan on the main floor, and the huge windows all around which allow so much light in throughout the day. Speaking of the open floor plan, the layout has allowed for a huge waterfall island which is my favorite part of the house, aside from the master closet. In the Spring/Summer months, we enjoy a glass of wine on our huge roof deck that overlooks the city center. The views are great, especially in the Fall when the leaves start changing colors and it is all visible from the roof deck. Overall we have been very happy with our townhouse, especially our wonderful neighbors. Each and every one of our neighbors has been so friendly. This has been a wonderful community to live in and we have had nothing but positive experiences while living here. --
